Mobile Golf  - frequently asked questions
Where can the course be set up?
The courses can be set up at either inside or outside locations. You will need to check with your venue to ensure that they have the space to accommodate the course and adjust the number of holes you book accordingly. Please remember playing space is required around each hole.

What happens if it is bad weather?
The down side to having the course outside is that it is weather dependent. Should it rain during the hire we may need to cover or dismantle the course until conditions improve. If the forecast suggests that it will not be possible to have the course outside but your venue has an indoor option we can set up there instead for you. If this is not an option you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund, less a £100 administration fee, provided you cancel by 5pm on the day before the wedding or event at the very latest.

How long will I have the course for?
The standard hire is for 3 hours actual playing time. We can adjust this up or down depending on your requirements. For example, you can hire to play during your drinks reception before your meal only and we will reduce the charge, to reflect the shorter playing time than for a standard 3 hour hire. Set up and disassemble time is allowed for within the hire without charge to you.

Can I hire the course for a longer period?
You can extend the hire beyond the standard 3 hour playing time. Let us know what you have in mind and we will include this within a written quote for you.

When will the course be set up?
We will require a minimum of 1 hour to set the mini golf course up, depending on the distance we need to carry the boards to the playing location. As we need space to move the boards into position, if there are difficult obstacles to negotiate to access the set up location at the venue (eg stairs or narrow corridors), please let us know in advance.

Less time is required to set up the crazy golf.

When can I have the course?
We have found that hires immediately before your wedding breakfast are more popular than evening bookings, but it is entirely up to you. Your time slot can be scheduled to fit in with your requirements within your itinerary for the day. For outdoor hires you need to take into account the time of year as we need to be able to pack away in daylight where artificial light is limited.

Is the course fully insured?
Yes. We are covered by Public Liability Insurance.

Does a member of staff stay with the course?
For the mini golf a member of staff is present for the full period of the hire to ensure everything runs smoothly. We offer an unsupported option for the crazy golf course where we deliver the course in the morning and collect it during the evening.

How do I secure a booking?
Let us know if you would like to book and we will send you a booking form, along with our terms and conditions.

£50 secures the booking with the balance payable 1 month before your wedding.
